Rwanda, Zimbabwe to partner Railway Transport
Kigali, 9 September 2021: Rwanda’s Minister of Infrastructure, Hon. Claver Gatete and Minister of Transport and Infrastructural Development of Zimbabwe Hon. Felix Tapiwa Mhona witnessed the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) between the National Railways of Zimbabwe and Rwanda Transport Development Agency (RTDA) on collaboration in Railway Transport.
The MoU was signed by the Director General of Rwanda Transport Development Agency (RTDA), Imena Munyampenda and the Board Chairman of National Railways of Zimbabwe (NRZ), Martin T. DINHA.

The Memorandum of Understanding signed stands for the collaboration in the areas of capacity building, the exchange of staff and expertise in railway transport development sector and the secondment programmes among others.
