MININFRA WELCOMES NEW PERMANENT SECRETARY FIDELE ABIMANA
Kigali- 02 August, 2022 –The Cabinet appoints Mr. Fidele ABIMANA as the new Permanent Secretary to the Ministry of Infrastructure. Prior to his appointment as new Permanent Secretary Fidele ABIMANA served in different capacities, including;
The Acting Permanent Secretary in the Ministry of public Service and Labour(MIFOTRA), Assistant lecturer at College of Business and Economic (CBE) of University of Rwanda the former SFB. Fidele holds a Masters’ Degree of Commerce in Finance from Osmania University, India, a Postgraduate-Certificate in International Trade, TRAPCA, ESAMI from LUND University, Arusha-Tanzania and a Bachelor’s in Business administration/accounting from, the School of Finance and Banking.
The new MININFRA PS was received on 2nd August,2022, by the Minister of Infrastructure Dr. Ernest NSABIMANA together with Eng. Patricie UWASE, the Minister of State, as well as in the heads of agencies affiliated to the Ministry of Infrastructure.
