Eng. Patricie UWASE hands over to Hon. Olivier Kabera, the incoming Minister of State

At the Ministry of Infrastructure headquarters, a handover ceremony took place between the outgoing Minister of State, Eng. Patricie Uwase, and the incoming Minister of State, Mr. Olivier Kabera.

In her remarks, the outgoing Minister of State expressed her heartfelt gratitude for the opportunity provided by H.E. Paul Kagame, the President of the Republic of Rwanda, to serve as Minister of State. She extended her thanks to the dedicated leadership, staff, and stakeholders who collaborated tirelessly to achieve significant results during her tenure. "I will always recognize the exceptional professionalism, flexibility, collaboration, and hard work exhibited by the members of MININFRA as well as other Infrastructure partners while serving for our country," she said.

The incoming Minister of State, Hon. Olivier Kabera, conveyed his profound gratitude for the trust placed in him to serve as the Minister of State. Mr. Kabera's remarks highlighted his commitment to fostering professionalism, achieving outstanding performance, and enhancing service delivery in infrastructure development.

Hon. Olivier Kabera was appointed Minister of State on 12th June 2024.
